TruFico is committed to comply with both State and Federal Laws / Statutes  related to the FDCPA and the CROA which explicitly prohibits us from charging fees prior to providing a service to our clients.  Therefore all clients will receive an invitation to create a personal portal, dispute plan and a good faith estimate prior to receiving an invoice for services rendered.  All invoices reflect services that have already been completed.

All contracts can be cancelled at any time after the first payment received and processed with a 21-day notice.  Please read and retain a copy of all Terms & Conditions for your records.
